A finish that reads as current rather than bridal. Skin with a wet sheen, eyeliner drawn long, lashes grouped into clusters — the make-up that makes a photograph look as though it were taken in a Seoul studio, available as a paid option on any shoot. Our team includes a stylist trained at a Korean make-up school and certified as a make-up director.
Korean make-up is not one fixed face. Working mainly with Korean cosmetics, it adjusts the texture of the skin, the shape of the eye and where colour sits, little by little, so that the face reads well under light.
* Not all of it is applied heavily. How far each element goes is decided on the day, against your features, your preference and what you are wearing. Tell us if you would like it stronger or softer.
Our team includes a stylist who trained at a Korean make-up school and is certified as a make-up director. The sequence and the handling of the tools learned there are shared across the team, so it is available whoever is looking after you on the day.
What is called "Korean-style" make-up abroad and what is actually done in Seoul are different things, starting with how the base is built. We work from the latter, adjusted to the bone structure and features of the person in the chair.
On concept and dress shoots, many guests add Face & Body Decoration — pearls and stones scattered over the eyes and shoulders. They catch the light and give the photograph depth. It is a separate paid option.
Korean make-up is a paid option added to a shoot, charged on top of the plan price. We do not offer make-up on its own.
* All prices are shown tax included.
